Your staff makes a difference!!
My son and I have traveled to Boston for his medical treatment for years and we always eat t your restaurant We were just there this week. I wanted to take the time to thank and complement our waiter (a tall man, Wednesday for dinner) and our waitress (with long hair, Thursday for breakfast). Those two individuals were positive, pleasant, kind, and attentive. Their attitude and energy made our meals the best part of our day!
Also hats off to the chef, our meals were delicious, with appealIng presentation, and my beer was cold.
Thank you for the protocols that your restaurant has put in place for the safety of your staff and customers.
There are so many people that frequent your restaurant that are facing medical struggles and to have such thoughtful and skilled staff it really brightens one’s day and creates repeat customers. I wish I remembered the names of our servers, so I could be sure you knew who I was referring to but please pass the compliments along to your staff.
Especially with the challenges today being compassionate towards others is so needed.
